Walk & Talk Therapy – Walk and talk therapy is a therapeutic approach that uses “The Sunday Stroll” as a way to build therapeutic growth. Your therapist will meet you at a local walking location or simply walk with you somewhere that is safe and inviting to you. Session times are in 30 or 60 minute increments allowing for sessions for those with limited time.
Fitness Based Therapy – This approach meets you at the gym of your choosing and focuses on utilizing talk therapy to identify cognitive distortions that may be creating limitations in your life with regards to your performance. The gym can be an excellent place to identify self-defeating thought patterns that may exist in several areas of your life.
Nature Based Therapy– This therapeutic approach is based on entering a calming natural state even in town at local parks or at any of the State/National Parks in the region. Using nature to focus on mindfulness and incorporate traditional talk therapy at the same time allows for stress reduction during session times. This approach has long evidence based success rates, but is often seen as inconvenient by many therapist, not us!
EMDR Therapy, no additional cost, but a gold standard treatment for trauma/negative core beliefs/PTSD. For more information feel free to check out this video:
